With a production capacity of 3.500.000 meters of fabric per month, our modern processing facility enables us to provide high quality fabrics to meet market demand. 

We control the entire production through the Datatex ERP system, along with Data Color’s computerized color matching system. This ensures that our production is carried out with precision and consistency. We fully equip the processing facility with modern machinery, including: Monfong/Benninger Continuous Dyeing Range with Thermosolling Facility, Continuous Pretreatment Ranges for Bleaching from Goller etc. For singering Bao Minh Textile uses Osthoff machine, chain merceriser from Goller, Stenters and one Sanforized.  

At Bao Minh Textile, we have the capacity to provide a variety of special finishing to our customers. We also have Liquid Ammonia Merceriser from Lafer for non-iron finishing. On top of that, we also have Peaching Machine Diamond Emery from  Lafer for feather feel finishing, Raising Machine that is best suited for flannels, Moist Cure Stenter that is specially tuned for moist cure finishing for non-iron shirts, Airo 24 Continuous Tumbler machine for soft handle and Calender Machine for Luster impartment to fabric surface.
