LABORATORY

Quality is our top concern, that’s why the laboratory is an integral part of Bao Minh Textile’s production system. 

The Quality Assurance Testing Lab is ISO IEC 17025 certified, ensuring that all testing procedures are performed accurately and reliably. We can follow the test methods nominated by our customers, from AATCC, ISO to JIS to name a few. 

To ensure color consistency and accuracy, we use Auto Color Service and Spectrophotometer of DataColor. With a dyed color library of more than 500 shades in regular running yarn counts and the ability to develop colors as per customer collection, Bao Minh Textile is confident in providing the best services to our customers.

FACTORY SYSTEM

1 - WEAVING FACTORY

Our weaving factory is one of the leading facilities, with an impressive monthly production capacity of 3 million meters of premium fabric per month, from yarn count 30/1 to 100/2.

2 - DYEING FACTORY

Bao Minh Textile has one of the largest and modern dyeing facilities in the North of Vietnam, offering both yarn dye and piece dye. 

3 - PROCESSING FACTORY

With a production capacity of 3.500.000 meters of fabric per month, our modern processing facility enables us to provide high quality fabrics to meet market demand. 

4 - PRINTING FACTORY

We offer comprehensive solutions to our valuable customers. Our factory is capable of printing high quality designs in Reactive & Pigment colors.

5 - LABORATORY

6 - HANDLOOMS

We choose to invest heavily in our sample room. For handlooms, we have a full range of CCI handlooms machine, single yarn warping machine and seizing machine to provide high quality samples for customers. In addition, we also use the Digital Designing & CAD system of Penelope, Spain.
