We have installed the Rotary Screen-Printing Machine from Huisheng, China (Model HSR-9600P). The machine is capable of printing high quality designs in Reactive & Pigment colors with the following technical specifications:

Automatic Screen Washing Arrangement

Loop Ager

The fixation of colors used in printing requires different temperature & moisture conditions depending upon the chemistry of the colors. We have installed a Loop Ager which is capable of fixing both pigment & reactive colors.

Washing Machine

The fabric needs to be washed in open form so as to remove unfixed colors, achieve overall fastness properties, and deliver the required level of hand feel. Our washing machine has 14 compartments which ensures the required level of washing efficiency before drying on the Vertical Drying System.
