SUSTAINABLE SOURCING POLICY FOR YARN SOURCING

1. Yarn material sources must be legal, transparent and traceable 

2. Do not knowingly buy yrn material that are made, in whole or in part, from suppliers using forced or underage labor or prisoner labor

3. May not buy yarn material with cotton composition from certain geographies under agreement/commitment with customer; or originate in territories having risk on using forced or underage labor or prisoner labor due to sustainability considerations, supply chain instability

4. Prioritize yarn material from sustainable sources such as organic, recyclable or sources guaranteed by reputable international organizations (BCI Cotton, TrustUS Cotton, certified by Oekotex STD 100, Supima Cotton, …)
