To achieve the goal, we use materials that are appropriate for sustainable development, such as BCI cotton, Oeko-Tex certified yarn, and chemicals from suppliers who share similar environmental concerns. Building and using the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System for all industrial processes is a major priority for Bao Minh. Besides, we are utilizing the common wastewater treatment system of Bao Minh Industrial Park. This is a synchronized, advanced infrastructure system that can process 20,000 m3/day,guaranteeing that wastewater meets with government's standards before being discharged into the environment. Moreover, we invest in a boiler system with the most up-to-date exhaust gas treatment design to preserve the environment. We also build a green, clean and beautiful working environment by planting more trees, participating in self-managed garden activities, collecting and classifying garbage and having a plan to properly treat hazardous waste.
Ultimately, it is customer satisfaction. Bao Minh Textile is committed to providing quality products, professional services, and timely delivery. We apply strict and meticulous quality assurance principles. Through the production process from testing, weaving, dyeing to waste treatment, Bao Minh has a very detailed set of criteria for evaluating the quality of finished products. Depending on each customer’s requirements, we apply the test method based on the international standard ISO or JIS of Japan. We monitor the full quality cycle, including input materials, production workshop quality, and finished fabric output. In addition, we evaluate product quality in terms of color, fabric roll, and packaging based on customer requirements. Especially for dyeing, Bao Minh Textile uses the AATCC (American Association of Textile Chemists and Manufacturers) standard color set for comparison and evaluation.
