Especially, according to experts’ evaluation, the raw material prices could increase by 30-40% and supply chain might interrupt under the epidemic effects. It is essential that domestic enterprises must switch to using recycled fibers. Only 80% of raw materials can be sourced domestically, the remaining 20% still have to be imported. Therefore, implementing a closed supply chain strategy decreases the risks and helps Thien Nam Thinh Vuong Group easily control the quality compared to importing raw materials from some markets. Besides, we also can reduce costs and operate more efficiently.
